Julia Page is a seasoned government relations specialist with a wealth of experience in shaping public policy initiatives within grassroots and membership-led nonprofit organizations. With a Master of Public Policy (MPP) and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Minnesota, Julia has consistently demonstrated her commitment to making a positive impact through influencing public policy. In her previous role as the Public Policy Director for The Arc Minnesota, Julia spearheaded the organization’s lobbying efforts, working closely with people with disabilities and partner organizations to advocate for transformational policies. Her ability to build strong advocacy networks and foster bipartisan support was pivotal in advancing The Arc’s mission. Additionally, as the Advocacy Manager at Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys, Julia led advocacy efforts and provided legislative advocacy training to various stakeholders. Julia’s earlier experiences as a social worker, coupled with her coalition coordination roles, have solidified her ability to make the legislative process more accessible and inclusive.
